Last year Biology 2 students created powerpoint presentations on the nervous system.  This year we are going to try something a little different.  This year you will work in pairs to complete research on a topic involving the nervous system and then use your research to create an informative Biology 2 Nervous System Website.  This project will be ongoing throughout the unit with different groups assigned different portions.  Each group will be responsible for creating two webpages throughout the unit.  I will keep these as simple as possible (1 class period each page maximum - not counting research). This will be a very simple website (unless you want to take it above and beyond). 

During this project you will be learning a little bit of html, and you might be wondering why we are learning web programming in Biology 2.  There is, however, a method to the madness.  At the end of the unit we will be developing a short writing comparing computers and the nervous system in which your web page work will play a role.
